Those model drag cars are really neat. I think the last time I watched the real thing was......too long ago to remember!

Hey, that's definitely not purple - it's red. But your gap looks a lot smaller regardless.

:D Looking pretty sporty with those new colors Ken. Tops are coming right along I see. Cute little cars, I bet they are a blast to run down the track- they sure beat the ones we played with back in the 50s' .

Hey Ken
Those tops are looking good, but how does it feel to be back in chains after those few hours of being wireless?

As to the red/purple dilemma - so many choices and so little time eh?

I've never tried dragster slot car racing, but my hubby is still insisting (even after saying it for the 8 years we've been living in this house) that the loft IS going to be the base for a huge 4-track Scalextric circuit. He has all the stuff and we have the space up there - he just needs to motivation to finish boarding the floor  maybe one day..........

Enjoy spending your Christmas gift vouchers, and good luck with that red chain (I'm sorry Ken but it is just so not purple)

catch ya later

Great changes, Ken! I especially see it in the uppers. Looking good!

I've not gone completely wireless at all, because my dentist just cleans around the archwire. But any time they take an archwhire out to change it or mess with it, it feels very strange, I usually feel so...naked! The braces stick out and stick to my lip, and I'm usually pretty glad when they get my archwire back in.

I loved that pic update, that behind bars smiley was too cute!

Here's to continued progress, bracedagain!

Lookin good Ken! Not only do I see movement in your teeth but your gums are looking really good too. Good for you for trying to get purple even though it turned out to not really be purple
Look forward to your continuing progress. You always have such an upbeat, positive attitude.

Hey Bracedagain, Thanks for the reply. Yes, I know I have not been on this for a while. I been busy with my family things. Busy busy like ants. Ha ha.... Oh yeeeees! This elastics are tourturing me and IT HURT when i open my mouth with this elastics in!!!!!! I have to put up and deal with it and be very patience. I cant wait to get this pain in the butt to get over with it. With this powerchain on top, it is not that bad but with elastics are the worse one, I think.

Hi Ken! Great pictures, you had a lot of progress
It must have been very strange to be without wires... I have only a few seconds between wire changes and it feels so strange. I also feel safer behind bars, even if mine are inside :)

You were very brave to try the purple one, I believe you it looked purple :) Anyway, it is a nice colour, and maybe better than a real purple  We should leave it to KK :)

The cars are cute, it is great you can have your hobby in winter time as well!

Are you happy that you are back to the 4-weeks appointments? Or it is just now, and after it goes back to 3 weeks again? You know usually I have app. every 3 weeks, but now it was 4, and it seemed so long! I am happy to see my ortho again in 3 weeks

See you later! antsika

It is great Ken you can be patient for the benefit of your teeth!
Thanks, I think I am doing as good as you :) I also like my braces very much, I didn't think at the beginning that I will say this, but they really don't bother me at all as well and even they give me some kind of confidence I think.

I am sure your grape colour will be very nice, didn't Kiwi had that one as well? And if you don't like it, you can say no for it, or if you have ordered, you have to wear it?

We are watching Discovery and guess what is on: American hotrods :D

See you later! 8) Antsika

Yeah, I'm in Albuquerque! It is a nice state, but too neutral, not enough greens and blues, too many browns and tans......Not from N.M. originally but, that seems to be the case around here. My friends and I joke that everyone who lives here is not from here, and if you are, you just haven't escaped yet :D

We are actually in for a storm tonight, fourth in 2 months. Since I have been saving for my braces I haven't been able to hit the slopes yet, maybe next year.

It's a good thing you didn't by a house in Rio Rancho, it's sinking!!
