KK,

Sorry to keep asking but...do you prepare your rinses everytime right before rinsing? Or do you make a batch and use it through out the day? Kind of a dumb question but I'm curious as to how you all do it, especially you since you rinse 5x a day?

I only do salt water rinses if I get a mouth ulcer, but all I do is get half a cup of warm water, put 1/2 tea spoon of salt in it and stir it up. I make it up as and when I need it. It only takes a second.

Thanks KK and Lisa,

I like your method KK. I think I will steal it. :D My teeth were really bothering me a few hours ago. Not to mention that I also have a Nance appliance. It's pretty annoying because 1) I'm having trouble speaking and 2) my tongue keeps getting tangled in it and 3) it makes it really hard to eat!!! This too shall pass!!!!
