Having been wearing these Invisalign trays for about 9 months now, I found the easiest thing to do after a meal is to rinse with water then chew sugarfree gum then rinse again. This removes food debris and you can put the aligners back in until you go home and can brush properly.
Try not to drink water straight after a meal though as it's bad for digestion!
