Wow!!! It's really working!

I woke up this morning and realized I could bite evenly on both sides at the same time! That's a weird feeling. Results! And it's only been 10 weeks!

Are your top and bottom teeth supposed to meet up in the front when you close down? My gap is getting smaller there, too.

I'm not a dentist, but I believe that generally you want your teeth to meet up when you bite down. I noticed this difference myself with my teeth after about 7 weeks and it's a great feeling to know that my bite is getting better!

for most its the other way around my bite was good now its not
