Avascular necrosis

#1 Post by john21 »

hey guys
recently in an article i read about mandibular surgery, and there were all the complications, the usual and the very rare that can happen.I read something about avascular necrosis...when it happens,i think the blood is not going to the jaw,or something like that.but it is an extremely rare to happen, and i was wondering, nowdays orthognathic surgery has evolved, can it happen?do u know something about that?
