I got my braces today!

:) Well, they're in and feeling okay for the time being. I've got a slight lisp but nothing too bad. I'm hoping it stays that way because I'm presenting to senior management on Friday! :shock:

I'm still trying to figure out how to decompress the .avi file I got the dentist to save to a USB ..... and take a reasonable shot of my gnashers to show you guys :)
Initial set: 31 upper / 17 lower
1st refinement: 14 upper / 10 lower
2nd refinement: 10 upper / 5 lower

Welcome aboard. I got mine Monday. After 6 months of metal brackets on my lowers this is a cake-walk. I hardly notice the uppers. I don't think my speech has been affected at all. I think I may be able to get used to this.

You will feel pretty good with Invisalign indeed. I wasn't able to feel any pain, even if I kinda expected it :D

Best of luck with the treatment. Wear those aligners and enjoy the results ;)
