Increasing height of upper jaw

I'm still researching this procedure. But I know I need lower jaw advancement. But also think if possible I'd like to have my upper jaw increased in height. I understand they use grafts to do this?

Has anyone done this? Most of the posts refer to lower jaw advancement or people having a 'gummy smile'. I have the opposite problem. I practically have to peel my upper lip back just to show a bit of teeth. My lower lip hangs and shows a whole row of bottom teeth and no uppers.

So smile wise its pretty unattractive.

I'd really, really like to hear of anyone having a problem with a short upper jaw and what they did about it and the recovery.
