Like just about everyone here, I struggled initially (maybe more than most). I had tongue pain, teeth pain, jaw pain, and BIG TIME trouble speaking. I really questioned my decision and seriously considered having them removed more than once. But also like most, I adapted and I overcame. To all the people just getting linguals all I can say is hang in there!! It gets easier, you learn how to cope, and the time goes surprisingly fast.

I am getting my bottom brace fitted next Monday so am only on the start of my journey! but i know it will be worth it. Thanks for the advice in the beginning. It helps enormously to get advice from people that are going or have gone through the same as you so do pop back to give us newbies advice and to keep us on the road to straight teeth!
