We're on Twitter now!

This is the place to post general questions and comments about all areas of orthodontic treatment. Before you post a question, use the forum's SEARCH tool to see if your question has already been answered!

New Members: YOU MUST MAKE A POST WITHIN 24 HOURS OF REGISTERING OR YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED. In other words, don't sign up unless you plan to actively participate in the message board immediately. This is necessary to keep out spammers and lurkers with bad intentions. Of course, you can read most forums on the board without registering.

DO NOT POST FULL-FACE PHOTOS or personal contact information on this website. We have had problems with people re-posting members' photos on fetish websites. Please only post photos of your teeth, not your whole face. Keep your email and your personal information private. Thank you.

We're on Twitter now!

I created a Twitter page for DentaKit, but I will also be using it for ArchWired (because it's just me maintaining it and I barely have time for one account, no less two!)

I'll be tweeting stuff about products but also orthodontic tips and whatever. I'm totally new to Twitter, and to be truthful, at my age -- 48 -- it's a little different than anything I've done previously. I'm not the type of person who likes to report on my moods, chores, or travels every minute of the day. In fact, I've told my daughters that they need to DISCONNECT sometimes because they're on Facebook way too much (esp. my 13-year-old).

Anyway, if you have a Twitter account, please follow me. And if I wind up accidently making a terribleTwitter faux pas, please forgive me because I'm still feeling my way through this type of communication. Sheesh, I feel like a fricken dinosaur...and I used to work on the cutting edge of technology when I was a tech writer! Oh, you kids today, LOL.

I'm the owner/admin of this site. Had ceramic uppers, metal lowers ~3 years in my early 40's. Now in Hawley retainers at night!
