Got a lingual brace fitted onto my upper teeth 3 weeks ago. I've got gappy front teeth and a 4mm overbite which I'm hoping to improve a bit. Speech felt terrible for first 2 weeks but actually I don't think anybody really noticed. Getting used to picking bits of veg out of my teeth and constantly using interdental brush to pick bits out. Getting elastics fitted when I go back for first ajustment so worried about my speech going bacwards again.
Anyway, I'll let you know how it goes
