Hi now on U7/L7 of 20 - can't see much difference although my bite feels different. I have got used to them now and don't have a hang up about taking them out , scrubbing up in public etc.
Visited my dentist last week, she said I may need a refinement on one tooth - I know its to straigthen it further but for how long? Also can anyone advise for how long you have to wear the retainers after treatment?
Looking forward to tray 10 - I am hoping to see some noticeable difference by then. Hang in all you new guys is really does get easier.
