I hope everyone is having a wonderful day! I recently had my braces put on (last Thursday) and my duration is 18 months give or take...I've had awful protruding canines most of my life, it was so embarrassing I never smiled. I finally decided at 28 I needed to take the plunge and get my smile corrected. I was really scared but now I'm really excited! Hopefully the treatment will go smoothly...so far I have a bunch of pain from the brackets cutting the inside of my mouth but after the skin toughens up I'll be great!
