my dentist won't streightening the inman alinger!!!

how it could be that my dentist said that my aligner will always be like it is now..with no streightning??? I read here on the forum a lot of people that were happy for the next visit at the dentist so they could achieve mere pressure on the teeth..I doubt the proffesionalism of my dentist. I actually believe that I am her first patient with Inman. please answer me with a good explanation.

They are pre-programmed and self adjusting and rarely need adjusting.
