Rubberbands with Invisaligns

I had an orthodontist appointment yesterday and got 2 metal hooks installed on my lower molars. The rubberbands hook to some cut outs in the upper tray and then you hook them to the metal hooks.

Here's how it works: Insert lower tray first (they are cut out to fit over the metal hooks). Next, attach rubberbands to the upper tray and insert upper tray. Then attach rubberband from upper tray to lower metal hooks.

They don't hurt and I will be wearing them only when at home or sleeping.
