whitening with trays...what did you use?

I'm putting in time (still waiting for my clincheck...3 months and counting) and wondered what your favourite whitener is to use with invisalign trays before the buttons go on (not the zoom whitening so many people do afterward)? I'm sure people have talked about it before but I can't find the thread so I'm asking again. What did you use, how long did it take, and were you happy with the results?

This stuff is the best and the strongest you can buy and it's what my dentist and ortho recommends. BUT....if you have severe tooth sensitivity, this may not be the best option as it does increase the sensitivity temporarily. Beware, you may have a few zingers while using.
