expecting surgery this summer

over a year into my braces adventure and will hopefully be having Lefort III surgery this summer. I came across this site and it looks to be very helpful!

Are you going have be having a Lefot III or a 3 piece Lefort? There is a big difference between the two.

LeFort 3 is pretty rare.
Probably means 3 piece Le Fort, usually done to fix asymmetry.

Just a Lefort I. That was my mistake. For some reason I have been calling it a Lefort 3 in my head the past few weeks.
