I can't see any bends?

At my last adjustment my ortho said he was going to put bends in my archwire to pull my lower teeth forward. He got what looked like an ordinary wire and he was working on it with a little tool for ages.

But when he put it in I couldn't see any bends in it at all. It just looks like a normal wire.

Where are the bends that he put in it? I wonder if I misunderstood.

Any ideas?

Prob you'll feel particular tooth or teeth move in a few days or be more sensitive and you'll know thats where he bend the wire.

Prob it's not an actual bend but more like a qink in the wire...as in its jus not flat all around.
