Braced (again) at 29!

#1 Post by KeL Anne »

Hello, I just got braces put on 3 days ago. I'm 29. This is my second time with them...I had them before as a teenager from the beginning of 6th grade to the beginning of 9th grade. However, I wasn't totally happy with the results and never wore my retainer  So now I'm doing it all over again. I have in-ovation clear on the top right now.

Thanks! They feel HUGE on my teeth which is annoying right now, but I know I'll get used to it.

Ugh, mine did too. To the point where I wondered if I should have gotten metal one's for a while (I'm glad I didn't though now). They still feel big at times (mostly when I'm talking to people and they get a bit dry and every now and then I have a day where my lips just won't seem to sit around them properly) but you will get used to them. It took me a few weeks before they stopped feeling like they were bigger than my entire mouth (I think I'm a bit overly sensitive of them being there though).
