Where to find competent doctors?

I wore braces for 2.5 years and had orthognatic surgery. I had no complaints before the surgery and orthodontics but after all this I have pain in TMJ and it’s dynamics is restricted, have pain in chin area, have only one contact between arches, can’t chaw or bite normally. I’m not happy with the result. In my opinion the doctors did not take into account the risks and benefits properly. I was definitely not informed properly about the risks. My surgeon and orthodontist had clearly some competence issues. It was the first time for the surgeon to move someones jaw this much forward. She told me about her record mm surgery only after the surgery.

My main concern in what to do now. Where to find a competent group of doctors who could help me. There are only 2 doctors who are performing orthognatic surgery in my country and the second one does not comment the first ones treatment and has even less competence. After they finished their studies their education stopped.
