What kind of treatment would I need?

I'm so unhappy with my teeth :(

Have finally decided to get some kind of treatment. Have started making appointments with orthodontics. The first one was really vague and sad he might be able to help me. He didn't explain how and since it was my first appointment I didn't really know what to ask and just left disappointed. Have another appointment in a couple of weeks and a third in September.

I'm no pro but think I have a problem with overcrowding, over bite, deep bite and midline problem. Also have a receding chin that I hate and think that could have made worse by a tooth extraction and the device that pushed my upper teeth backwards when I was a kid. Feel as though my bite is malplaced.

Would love to hear your opinions on what you think is wrong with my smile and what you think would be possible to correct and how. Mostly worried about needing surgery. Would be glad if my jaws and teeth could be fixed with only braces. What do you think?
