I've had headgear and braces for three nights, two of which, my headgear has fallen off. I have to wear headgear 12 hours a day and it's getting annoying.
I have two questions:
1) Is there any way to keep my headgear from falling off?
2) It's kind of off topic, but: Is there any practical way to drink things with headgear?
Thanks everybody!

taking headgear off in your sleep
I had headgear this past year and I also found it off in the morning. I was actually taking it off in my sleep and most likely you are too. I finally got some gloves with velcro on the wrists. I know it sounds strange, but with the gloves on, when I went and tried to take it off in my sleep, my hands were so akward, it woke me up so I stopped right away. As for drinking with headgear, try a straw, otherwise you just crash into the glass and that really hurts the molars. OUCH!
That which does not kill you, makes you stronger.
