brackets on 12yr old molars

On Monday, I'm going to have 3 brackets replaced and 2 new ones put on. The 3 that I'm getting replaced are because they weren't placed well originally. The 2 new ones are going on my 12 year old molars on the bottom. I just had a thought, though. I have fillings on the outsides of both of my bottom 12 year old molars. Would this affect anything? Should I let my ortho know when I go in on Monday? Thank you!
