Hey charlsie142, my orthodontist said that moving things slowly will result in better stability. Im sure they could have moved in in a few months but im sure ill have TADS on for at least a year. I think a retainer afterward will keep the changes stable.

I like the pain feeling from braces, its a sign that your teething are moving and getting straighter. Just sucks when i want to eat steaks.
