That doesn't sound like much fun at all
I saw the orthodontist today and she made a lot of changes. I'm disappointed that I didn't take pictures right after I got braced, but I thought I would have time.
Now I have no brackets on the bottom front teeth, some molar brackets have been moved down- closer to my gum line, and I got a new spring in the front.
The ortho said that my teeth are really strong, which is good, but that they don't etch or bond well. This could account for some of the bracket problems I've had or it could also be due to a set of bad brackets. She explained that another patient had similar difficulties with the Mystique brackets two weeks ago.
The good news is that my teeth are moving so quickly that I got another spring in the front- 3 weeks ahead of schedule! She says that if I keep up this type of movement, we will be able to make the bite plate sooner.
I was in good amount of pain before she made the corrections and adjustments but now it's really hurting.

And I had just gotten to the point that I could chew- sort of- with the back teeth. I guess I'm starting over.
