im glad for this site. i came across it some time ago and have just recently again actively started my bracing adventure. i had spacers put in about4 days ago and it is quite uncomfortable, as i have read in other postings its only temporary, then they're off. i have alot of itching on my gums and i might be exagerating but i feel that it has made my front bottom and uppers a bit more crooked. i am excited though!!
