ok well the braces are on, after stressingthe last week.
They arent painful although i do feel some pulling/tension in the teeth area, but no need for pain killers.
The insides of my mouth are alittle tender as i havent changed how much im eating or anything like that just staying away from the prohibited foods, i got told i wasnt gona eat for a while or that id develop a habit of eating very little, which is somthing i cant afford seeing as im a gym junkie and i need to eat to grow!
Anywayz ill keep checkn back my next appointment is in 4 weeks hopefully nothing breaks so i dont have to go back.
Ill still be dropping in posting and replying to msgs.

If you don't mind me asking, are you claiming any of the cost from a health fund? Mine will pay (just) $1000 for the upper & lower braces.

Man this morning i woke up spitting up blood from how badly my cheeks are cut!

I got a mad ulcer on the right side too
gona have to use that wax liberally now!
