Hi Purr_miaow. Yes he is probabaly doing it just right. During the first few months I believe the goal is to get the teeth aligned upright as best possible and to get them even. I am starting month 4 - just went to my second adjustment. The only thing he did was to band a molar that the bracket had popped off of for the second time. Hooking that tooth back up did cause some discomfort for my lower right side, but only for a couple of days. Otherwise, nothing changed. I am to get a different set of wires at my next adjustment in six weeks. Hope this puts you at ease. ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
