I have a question
When I wentin on friday to get my braces put on I was seen by the dentist and he gave me 3 fillings and then I have to teeth missing on the same side and they told me that I should get a bridge on my teeth either before or after my braces what do you guys think I should do also they told me that they would put the braces and spacers on the sam day does that make any sense at all have anyyone else had that happen to them

It does happen where you get braces and spacers on at the same appointment... at a later appointment you will get the bands put on that the spacers created space for... Nothing to worry about there!
As for the bridge I had a few molars yanked and they wanted to give me bridges after braces but my ortho is trying to close the gaps instead of me having to fork out all that $$$ which I don't really wanna spend on fake teeth!

Yes they can put braces and spacers on in one day... I was going to have that happen but I opted out so that I could get two seperate appintments so I can get away from work 
So the answer is yes its possible to get braces and spacers in on one sitting... you will have to go back in 2 weeks or however long it takes spacers to create the needed space for the bands later down road... Also not all orthos are using spacer/bands anymore!
