After 2 Month braced (with pics)

#1 Post by Karan's Mum »

Hi everyone,

I look at my teeth everyday in the mirror and I thought I saw no difference at all, so I was kinda down and thinking that my ortho not doing a good job (she never actually put and adjust all the braces, only the assistent). So I compared my first pic with my recent pic of my teeth, and wow.. my teeth are actually improved!!!!! I'm so happy..

and sorry if you bothered by the food stuck between the teeth.. I'm so silly for not having brushed it before taking a pic   so please ignore..!!!

Wow, that's a lot of progress in just 2 months! Some major movement with that left lateral! Your bottom teeth are much straighter as well! :jump:

I have to admit I'm kind of impatient and I take pics every few days so I have comparison pics to look at for progress. I wouldn't notice anything by just looking in the mirror.

I KNOW!!!! it's really great... I used to hate my teeth so much but now I'm happier when I look at the mirror.. my hubby is also happy for me lol (he's the one who noticed the change firsthand!!!)

I still have 10-9 months to go though.. but I'll be patient cus I trust my ortho fully!!!

Wow, that is a BIG improvement in such a short space of time....how do your teeth feel? are they wobbly? are they sore? that's just incredible the difference.

^thx..

Nah, my teeth don't hurt anymore, I usually have pain for few days after every adjustments (I've had 2 adjustments) and sometimes one or two teeth that are being moved are sore. But I don't have further complaints.. esp with the progress... it's worth every single pain I had...

That's incredible! I hope I see that much change in 2 months. I can see only tiny shifts as of yet. Your upper left lateral has moved so much! My upper right lateral was the first to really move. I've seen that with quite a few ppl where the laterals move really quickly, although my lower left seems to be taking forever. If you do a search for my name you'll see one of my first posts has my picks in it that I took on day one.

^ saw your pics. Don't worry! You will see the change fast!!! The first 1,5 month I thought my teeth weren't moving at all!!!! But then it happened.. fast.. lol.

good luck anyway! Your teeth are okay than mine. Mine were really crooked.

I was looking at your pics some more and I noticed that the wire looks the same in both. Have they upgraded your wire yet or was all that movement done with the first wire?

Wow! That is great progress being made. Remember that orthodontics takes time, but in the end it makes a difference.
