I am starting to get nervous. Everyone I have talked to (or read posts from here) says the spacers are the worst! I am assuming, since the first 6-8 months I will only be braced on the bottom, that I will only be getting spacers on the bottom next week. I am hoping that Tylenol will work on the pain. I tend to really grind my teeth at night if I am stessed or in pain of any kind. If that starts to happen, I will be forced to wear my Sleepright night guard and I can't imagine being able to sleep with all that paraphenalia in my mouth. Does anyone else use a nightguard with braces?
