Treatment beyond the two free refinements?

Hey, has anyone here pursued treatment beyond the two refinements that come with the initial fee?

I'm not sure of what to do - my upper teeth have definitely come a long way, but for whatever reason they are just not straightening - something is definitely weird with my treatment plan as I moved and had to switch orthodontists - the first one was great, the current one has been a nightmare. My current clinchek doesn't have the top front teeth as straight as my original one did. Really wearing the trays enough...at this point, because I'm out of refinements, I want to cut my losses with this ortho (I have two trays left on top and three on the bottom)

But I'd still like my teeth to be as straight as possible and REALLY do not want metal braces.

I wonder if anyone has had invisalign treatment past the refinements...if you've got to pay another 5,000! If so I will live with my teeth as they are...the bottom ones look great...
