They're Off!!

Finally after almost 3 years, today i was debanded!!
They are by no means perfect, but a damn sight better than what they were 3 yrs ago!

I've been walking around all day like a fool smiling at everyone :lol:

My retainers are clear and i have to put them on like a gum shield, are they essix or hawley type? the assistant didnt have a clue. :?

Congrats! Mine came off on tuesday and I'm still walking around smiling at people like a freak lol.

I grin at every car window I pass by so I can see my reflection. I probably look like a total freak, but I don't care! I have Essix retainers, too.
Braced on 17 Feb. 2006.
Five teeth extracted on March 9, 2006.

ok ,now I know I'm not conceited lol . I got them off yesterday and I've been smiling at my rear view mirrors,smiling at the mirror while I workout,smiling everytime I pass a window,smiling while looking at my cellphone that has a nice reflection of my smile lol...
I have essix retainers also. I LOVE my new smile and it's perfect to me.
I have never done this before and I guess I'm still in shock. To me it's like paying off my dream home and not being able to live in it or see it until it's paid off! Yesterday I felt like I was handed the keys to my dream home that was paid off :)
