My teeth are moving!

#1 Post by Wobblydeb »

Yikes!

I know ..... they should be, its just a shock thats all! I can get my upper incisors to move a little by touching them, or sticking a finger nail between them. Its freaking me out a little, and I'm not so keen to remove my aligners

They feel okay though, and I can still bite into stuff *fingers crossed*

Has anyone else noticed this?
Initial set: 31 upper / 17 lower
1st refinement: 14 upper / 10 lower
2nd refinement: 10 upper / 5 lower

Yes, and probably most people with any orthodontic work. It's normal and nothing to worry about.

Yeah, same thing with me. I like to check to make sure the aligners are doing something. I can tell which teeth are moving. The looseness isn't excessive though.
