Haven't seen a ClinCheck Video
I just started my invisalign treatment a week ago.
It looks like most most orthos show their patients clincheck videos BEFORE treatments begin.
However, in my case, I did not even know that there are these videos available for patients until I started reading threads here.
Do you think my ortho dropped the ball or do some orthos choose not to show the clincheck to the patients? Do you suggest that I talk to my ortho and ask him to show me my clincheck or is it too late since the treatment has started already?

From what I understand, some orthos choose not to show their patients the clincheck. I'm guessing its either because their patients are mostly children so they are unaccustomed to consulting with them, or they consider reviewing and approving the clincheck to be their job.
If you want to see it though, you should speak to your ortho. Its too late for any changes now that you have the aligners, but it might help as you go along. For instance I knew in advance a gap would develop between my central incisors, so it has stopped me panicking about it!

Haven't seen a ClinCheck Video
My dentist showed me the whole ClinChek set of animation before one attachment was applied or IPR performed. And when I asked for a copy of the ClinChek to be emailed, he happily complied. It seems to me it's best for all parties concerned to know as much as possible about the procedure before beginning and the ClinChek, being moving pictures, to paraphrase the old cliche, is capable of supplying more information in just a few seconds than the best hand-holding clinician with an avuncular bedside manner. FWIW. All patients deserve a showing. Even minors should be shown the film in the presence of parent or guardian. The 3D animation is produced for a reason. I would loooove to know the official Invisalign protocol on such matters. I would wager full disclosure is the policy, not some nuanced, circumstantial, scenario-grounded one.
