Hi Brendya - sorry to hear you are having trouble sleeping, not much worse than that when your body is working so hard to build a baby!
I have been lucky that I have not had insomnia - I have a five year old daughter and am currently 17 weeks pregnant so I am tired ALOT! However have had it in the past (when not preg) and it was the pits!
I would look at cutting out all caffine after 5pm (thats if you have been still able to drink the stuff - I cant even smell it and I usually LOVE coffee!)
Also try not to nap for more than 20min a day if possible as this can throw your sleep pattern out and keep you awake at night.
Other really important thing is to get at least 15 min of sunshine a day (vitamin D helps from the sun) and talk about how you are feeling with someone you trust. If you a really busy or stressed person, have pen and paper next to your bed and write things down as they come into your head - this way you wont lay there thinking about them all night!
Hope this helps you
As for me and Invisalign in pregnancy I would say it def makes the nausea much worse but now that I am past 12 weeks it has improved. I am up to 27/30 so Im on the home stretch and cant wait to get the attatchments taken off and feel my smooth straight teeth and well SMILE for all the world to see!
All the best to you - stay safe and look after you and your family
Cheers
