You could edit your pictures to show just the lower part of your face if you're worried about privacy - no one would recognize you from that ;) It might be helpful for others to see

Yeah just black out the top part of your face, it'd be really helpful for people to see an actual picture, me included since I'm in a similar predicament.

It means that when the lips are at rest, you cannot see the teeth at all. In other words, the lips fully meet.
