bimaxillary protrusion

Hi everyone,

I've searched the board to learn more about bimaxillary protrusion treatment, but I haven't really found any recent posts from those undergoing it. I was wondering- for anyone currently going through treatment (or has gone through it already) with extractions and no surgery, how much of an impact did extractions have on the improvement of your side profile, lip incompetence, and protrusion of teeth? I'm considering undergoing this treatment, but not if the effect is pretty minimal, as this would be my third time in braces! (The first two times were focused on straightening my teeth, with no extractions/anything for my protrusion). Thanks!

If you are a bimaxillary protrusion extractions are generally the e way to go.
