Lines under eyes above cheeks

#1 Post by moswissa »

I have these lines right above my cheek bones that look similar to have bags under my eyes but i know they arent bags because I have those too. I noticed them directly after my surgery and I thought they would go away but here I am 4.5 months later. I still have some swelling on my cheeks and I think thats causing the lines because its making it crease but im not sure. Has anyone had this before or am I the only one???

thanks

I have bumps, but thats because they advanced my cheekbones and I can feel the hardware just under the skin.

How old are you? I woul dsee at what range of your facial expressions the creases occur. It could be because of the swelling, or may very well be something to expect with your new face. I've noticed lines to the sides of my chin that I don't dig on much either, but I'm 32 yrs old and just figure they would have been there by now had I been born with a normal face anyway LOL..

I hate the swelling part. I am almost two months post-op and still have some swelling (mostly in the cheek area).

It tends to be worse in the morning. And I am still trying to sleep at a 45 degree incline.

I wonder how long i will take for all the swelling to go away and when I'll be able to sleep flat...
