Really, my teeth are whiter than they look in the picture. Not sure why they look so yellow.
it could be the "whites balance" and lighting.
take a pic of a big white thing it will be white
take a pic of a little white thing surronded by a green thing, the white will not be so white.

I'd have to say that green and yellow was the LEAST flattering choice I've made so far lol! I had baby blue the first time, then light pink, dusty purple, blue and silver, and this time I have dark purple!
Thanks so much!! They're metal, and I really like having pink ligs (although it's my first color). You think the braces look tiny? I took one look after having them on and thought "GAH! They're huge!!!" LOLOL so that makes me feel better - thanks!!
Petitcanard, I am thinking of going with pink because I am wary of doing christmas colors for my first ligs!!! I might do all bright pink or alternate light and bright pink. I was looking at the website that does lig colors and there are so many to choose from, are yours like hot pink or a dark or what exactly, because I like yours alot. Also, your teeth look so great in that pic!!
Thanks beth1966 & Desert Rose! I was braced on Nov 5, so they're very new And unfortunately being embarrassed about one's teeth means that you eventually master the art of the "right angle" when getting pics taken.. haha. If you look at my story, you'll see my uppers are crowded and it's just the angle of this pic that makes them look straight LOL . The tops haven't visibly moved yet.
This is a medium pink, it wasn't hot pink (the brightest) and the hygenist said the light pink & light blue fade the worst and stain the most, so I stayed away from those. This medium pink seemed to be a good compromise! I'd ask which colors resist staining and hold their color the best, I'm guessing different brands of ligs have different traits. And I was too chicken to go for xmas ligs for my first colors! I'm living xmas vicariously through againbrace right now... ha!

So, I have no stones to get colors. I want them I think. I go in next month for my first adjustment. I'm thinking like maybe some dark purple or something. Maybe just on the bottom. I have ceramics... just to throw that in. DO you think it would look silly? anyways if anyone has pics of dark purple ligs on ceramics I would appreciate it. www.allbraced.blogspot.com
