I felt changes with each tray, but I really saw a difference on my lowers with tray four. However, I have yet to really see a big difference in my uppers. When I compare tray one to my current tray (five), I definitely see how much the teeth have moved. Because I have only seven trays on the lowers, I expected to see changes more quickly, but I have twelve trays for the uppers, so it is likely I won't see big changes for a few more trays.
I think it is a little bit like when you are trying to grow your hair longer - you look at it every day and wonder when it is going to grow, and then you see someone you haven't seen for a few months and the remark on how very long your hair now is! Take photos when you change each tray, and in a few months you'll look back and see the differences! It took me until tray four to believe these things really were working!

It will completely depend on the kind of movement.
There are types of movement that you will notice and types that you won't, especially not in a mirror.
I like taking photos of my teeth as treatment moves along because it's a lot easier to see movement looking back at pictures, especially in molars and premolars.
Comparing it to hair growing is pretty accurate.
I'm growing out my hair and straightening my teeth for my wedding, and I just kind of ignore both of them until every once in awhile I notice that they're a bit different.

I started to feel difference in my bite when I was on tray 3 or 4.But I couldn't really see any difference till tray 10. Invisalign normally moves your back teeth first thats why you can't see a difference straight away.
But be patient, time flies with invisalign like someone already advised take photos with each tray and then you will be able to compare how your teeth are changing.

If you get the opportunity, you can ask your orthodontist to see some of the future trays, and compare them to your first one. When you can spot a difference in the trays is going to be a good indication of when you'll notice changes in your mouth :).

I didn't really see a difference until tray 13 or something like that.
In my case (basically crowding) all the back teeth needed to be moved first. I could feel that things were happening, and could tell that the trays were different. I always compared the new trays with the very first one to see the changes. But I didn't really see changes in the mirror for the first half year. After that it really accelerated though
I also think it feels like everything is going painfully slow in the beginning, when you're almost counting down the days and checking the mirror constantly. When you start to "forget" that you're in the middle of a treatment and stop checking out your teeth five times a day, that's when time flies and you suddenly see the changes.
