Finally my refinements arrived. They gave me the first 3 trays yesterday and I never even looked at them until last night. (I change trays before bed, so other than "fitting" the newest one they are giving me, I just get my new trays and be on my way)
When I put the new one in at the office I didn't really notice the back of the top aligner being different. I generally take them out from the other side and the tech didn't mention anything other than "they are trying to do something on that side". I looked at that side later and figured it was trying to straighten the last molar since it kicks back a little bit. But I don't see how a tray with no back can kick it forward. Did that make any sense?
All 3 trays that I have are the same so I don't know if it is a manufacturing thing or if it really is meant to only cover 1/3 of the last molar. Looking at the aligner in my mouth, I can see how if the molar moved a bit it would fit the tray better, but still without the rounded back it seems weird.
Aligner not covering molar?

Hi this is the same with mine because they are refinments they dont fit properly over one of the molars, am not sure why this is like this but i was confused.
Am on my second set of refinments because invisalign didnt pull my second tooth down like it should and with my first set of refinements i had a gap through out all my trays and my dentist has advised me that mine isnt going to work and i will probably have to get a fixed brace. Am really upset as everyone elses seems to work apart from mine.
