I see progress!

I'd been starting to get really impatient because I wasn't seeing much progress since I started, but I took a pic the other day of what my teeth look like on tray 7 and they are considerably straighter. So happy to finally see some progress! =D[/img]

Looking good - Congrats! They even look whiter -if you don't mind my asking, are you using a whitener?

Actually no! I just started using an electric toothbrush and that makes all the difference in the world :)

Wow how white they look! I never really used the whitening gel and my teeth also got really white during my treatment. Good luck with the rest of your treatment!

I agree with this, I was looking into whitening options, and found them problematic - expensive and whitening doesn't promise to last all that long. I found an article reviewing all the options, and it came out tops for a polishing head on an electric toothbrush - easy, and it's been very successful; not a dazzling, brilliant white but a natural one which I'm happy with. A definite improvement and easy to maintain.

They are looking great. If you don't mind me asking, what type of electric toothbrush are you using?

They definitely look straighter and a lot whiter too! I used nitewhite but need to redo it now so I think I'll try the electric toothbrush too. :)

I'm a huge fan of your blog! I know you used the 10% of Nitewhite, I've heard the 26% is much more potent, give that shot instead =)

they do look much whiter! i have seem improvements in the color of my teeth as well just using a sonic toothbrush. i had some white blotches on my front teeth before invisalign, and now i can't see them at all! brushing 3-4 times a day really helps i guess!
