hello. had my final "adjustment" today. wasn't really an adjustment because she didn't change anything, she just wanted to see my teeth

3 weeks left $+\+$

so.. i'm naked

went to the dentist at about 11:30. the debanding process didn't take too long, i think about 15-20 minutes and another 20 to fix my bonded retainer. it hurt a little when she removed my molar bands, but that was all. i picked up my upper (essix) retainer 2 hours later. i don't really like it but i have to wear it 24/7 for the first week, 16 hours/day the second week and after that just by night for an undetermined period. when i came back and she put my retainer on it was kinda tight, and my teeth hurt a little for about a half hour, wich is weird because braces never gave me teeth pain. it was weird to see my teeth naked, i had that feeling "hey, those are not my teeth"

i entered the bathroom right after getting debraced and i looked in the mirror for 15 minutes, taking photos and even a video of my teeth

. You're out of bondage & your teeth now look really awesome! I bet you're showing off that smile like crazy today... I would be. It was all worth it, eh?

i won't eat forbbiden foods yet. my ortho said to eat soft foods at the beginning because my teeth are used to take pressure together (with braces) not eachother. many people do this mistake, to eat hard foods immediatly after getting debraced. teeth may shift..
i have eaten all the forbbiden foods when i was in braces anyway..

i really was smilling for no reason on the street when i came back
