Hey everyone, I'm waiting for my first tray I'll see if I can keep posting here regularly. I just received my ClinCheck video. Sorry about the image Res they are pretty large.

This is the site Admin. I'm sorry, but I deleted your images because they were way too large. Please re-size them and post them again. Thank you.

Notice the gap between teeth numbers 10 and 11 on the top after treatment I think that it is pretty significant. Error or does it look right to you?
Smaller images hopefully they are okay.

You have relatively small upper lateral incisors. There are usually two ways of approaching this issue while keeping a good bite and proper overjet and overbite.

1. Reduce the size of the lower incisors (extraction or IPR).
2. Increase the size of the upper incisors.

Speak to your doctor about this treatment because it appears from picture 15 that there are indeed spaces distal to your upper lateral incisors. This is often done so that they can be built up. However, it is something that you should know about before starting your treatment as it is additional work following your orthodontic treatment.

Good luck!

Yeah, I guess that's a bad thing. Oh well, hopefully I will be able to get this figured out and I've got an email from my orthodontist quoted below.

I'll be posting the revisions they make as I get them and I'd appreciate your word of approval in their decision Dr. Jason. If you don't mind checking this out and giving me a second opinion that would be awesome.

The results you looked at are Invisalign's first attempt at your treatment. I just looked at it this morning and made some changes for them to correct. This often takes several attempts before the treatment plan is finalized. The lab technicians are good but often need lots of help from Dr. Goggans and myself to make your treatment perfect. Keep checking it out and you will see the changes. Thanks for checking in! Dr. Fender

Your orthodontist is indicating that there is still work to be done and that they are the ones who are directing the treatment. This is a good thing not to leave the tooth movements to inexperienced technicians with no orthodontic experience.

Unfortunately, seeing images of final results simply means the techs have been able to put together a nice final picture. It means nothing about how the teeth will actually finish treatment unless the teeth are moved properly.

The only advice I can provide is to make sure you are happy with what the final result looks like and wish to have the small upper teeth built up if that is in the plan.

Good luck!

I guess I ought to keep you updated like I said I would. I'll be having the first set on for three weeks because of Christmas. So far I've had a lot of pain and some movement hopefully. Not to much progress to boast about but hopefully it starts really rolling when I hit tray two. If anyone's interested I marked the teeth with the notches for movement in the trays.
