But at the same time, the surgeons I've called that have bigger names (Arnett, Gustafson, Moy) all require I pay out of pocket & then POSSIBLY be reimbursed. Who has that kind of money? We certainly don't. I don't want to have a botched result that leaves me with problems or that I need redone. Please, anyone... ANY help is appreciated! Oh & I should add... I have a severe underbite, cross bite, and open bite where only two molars touch in the back. I need my upper jaw widened, lower jaw pulled back, the whole 9 yards. I currently have a TAD in the roof of my mouth. Sorry I don't know more technical terms. I'm really new to this board & all of this. Thank you!
