Hi I am just about to have my braces fitted proir to surgery any help and advice would be great thanks Mike :?

Good luck! Make sure you have some paracetamol and lots of soup at home. Some people recommend taking painkillers before the fitting and adjustments, but I've always found the appointments themselves pretty painless - it's a good few hours for me before the aching starts, and it can last a couple of days.
