3D imaging services

#1 Post by angelstrings »

I am wondering if there are any independant 3D imaging services that can show you what you'll look like before a procedure is done. That way, you could see if it's something you really want before consulting a ton of surgeons. I'm thinking of a service that would be comparable to an independant lab, where you can walk in and have blood work done without a physicians order. Then, based on the information, decide whether or not to seek medical help.

If it were accurate I'd say yes these would be awesome, but I have been let down so far with digital imaging, because it is very hard to accommodate for soft tissue and muscle placement post op!.... but yes the idea is awesome :D

What a great idea! Hopefully, somebody will post if this service is out there.
