Whoa - your teeth look absolutely perfect! I WISH my teeth would look like this after braces, but I know they won't. My teeth don't have that nice shape that yours do! Congratulations!

Thank you for all the nice comments. It's great if my progress pictures have given you some additional encouragement and confidence that adult braces work! Looking back, it was well worth the pain, effort and cost. I remember after the first week thinking I've made a big mistake and that nothing will work on my teeth. But slowly things moved into place and as they did I started feeling better.

I used to be nervous about smiling, now people tell me I look very confident because I'm always smiling :D

Wow I am impressed! I only hope my orthodontist here in the US is as good as yours. Your teeth look amazing...very nice! :BigGrin:

i just got my braces on not long ago..my upper teeth are VERY similar to how yours were.

question...how long did it take for your upper incisors to come forward!!? and did your canines need rotating??

Hi gj88,

No rotation of canines was needed in my case. The upper lateral incisors came forward after about 4 -5 months. I had springs on for the first 3 months and that was the worst stage. When the lateral incisors were finally bracketed they moved into place and rotated very quickly. I could see movement after every adjustment.
