Hi Ciara...pleasure to meet you...no pain yet....
Im feeling everything. ..even talking to people ...I avoid now and....the voice waves that travel through the air causes my teeth to hurt...lol
I was currently doing a bulking up phase...cant lift or strain until im fully healed...dealing with not being able to workout doesnt make it easy

Re: Newbie
I had extractions and braces done the same day two weeks ago. Things were really rough for about a week but they are a lot better now. I also lift weights (oly style) and it was about a week before I felt "safe" to hit the gym again. You'll be up and running again soon

Re: Newbie
Hi I too had an extraction (only 1 and a baby tooth). I also work out. Decided I was okay with some panadol to go to the gym the day after I got them on and put down a weighted oly bar too hard and bit down with a thud. I thought I was going to die. I think protein shakes saved me when I couldn't eat. I didn't end up taking any time out of the gym, just did things very very carefully for the first 2 weeks (and did no cardio because running on the treadmill hurt to just think about)!
Hope they're feeling a bit better for you soon. I understand the feeling of wind going by causing tooth pain. Mine were the same.

Your brave...I didnt even have the energy to step foot in the gym til about 3 days later. I needed the rest and I enjoyed it
The protein shakes saved me but I am programmed to chew so not being able to bite down on food really annoyed me.
To my surprise..cardio isnt that bad at all for me. I run in grass so the shock is lesser due to the natural surface...have not ran on the track yet...so i will update if I do
pics will come up later
