thank peeps.. i can't wait to see it myself.. this powerchain hurts like hell.. and i realize everytime i have an adjustment i somehow gravitate to eating a hot dog the day after and that hurts like crazy lol.. i cannot wait to be done with this..

This makes me laugh. Why do I crave food items I obviously can't chew right after an adjustment? Why do subconsciously eat popcorn just prior to a cleaning appt (prior to braces, of course!)?

well yesterday i went for an adjustment and now i have a powerchain extending across all my top teeth (will post pics when i get home), and elastics.. i woke up this morning with my face hurting.. popped two alleve and i'm fine now but i guess now is teh time to go on a diet since with these elastics i doubt i will be eating much lol..

what's the story with these elastics.. mine are Penguin 5/16s 3.5 oz..

well yesterday i went for an adjustment and i was given powerchains on both the top and the bottom.. PLUS 3/16 elastics (gosh those are tiny) i just put them on after brushing my teeth and i feel like i can't open my mouth too much LOL.. well i have 3 more appts where i pay and then i dont have to pay any more for any appts i come to.. i started July 2011.. so july that will be 2 years after those 3 appts.. so i guess i'm almost done..


what do you know about elastics? these are giving me serious pressure.. but maybe i'm a masochist.. i kinda enjoy the feeling of the elastics in my mouth... i run my tongue along them lol..
